Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. seeks a maintenance supervisor/technician to lead maintenance associates and perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of refrigeration and material handling equipment at our Dallas site.

You will coordinate contractors, track performance in CMMS, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and OSHA PSM standards. Leadership and hands-on expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, or 2 years plus supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with refrigeration and material handling equipment.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Completion of assigned maintenance courses and HAZMAT certification.
• Experience implementing OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance associates to ensure department objectives are met.
• Perform operation, repair, and adjustment of refrigeration systems and material handling equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze reliability to recommend corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot building, refrigeration, and equipment systems to drive root cause analysis and solutions.
• Direct and oversee contractor work and inspect tasks for safety and specifications.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and lead site-wide improvement initiatives.
• Support capability development of facility technicians and ensure effective shift communication.
