Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to oversee maintenance associates and ensure department objectives are met.

You will lead troubleshooting, repair, and adjustment of refrigeration and material handling equipment, monitor system performance, and coordinate contractor activities. The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance or 2+ years with supervisory experience, plus OSHA PSM exposure and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, or minimum 2 years with supervisory or lead experience.
• Skilled in industrial refrigeration, material handling equipment, dock door and leveler, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance.
• Required to complete assigned industrial refrigeration and maintenance courses and obtain HAZMAT certification.
• Experience implementing and maintaining OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) programs in an industrial setting, and proficiency in using CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance associates to meet department objectives and assignments.
• Perform operation, repair, and adjustment of refrigeration systems and material handling equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze reliability, and recommend corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot building, refrigeration, and equipment systems and drive root cause analysis.
• Direct and oversee contractor work and inspect tasks for safety and specifications.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and lead site-wide continuous improvement.
