Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a large facility in the US. You will supervise the daily maintenance crew, coordinate activities, and ensure rapid response to escalated issues and emergencies while maintaining safety and quality across systems.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performance evaluation, and collaboration with contractors as needed. Candidates should have HAZMAT certification, RETA training within 24 months, and experience with refrigeration

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance mechanic experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• HAZMAT certification required; RETA courses within 24 months.
• Experience supervising maintenance associates and inspecting systems.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, SAP and Microsoft tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance crew activities.
• Respond to escalated issues, emergencies, and complaints promptly.
• Oversee repair and adjustment of facility systems ensuring safety compliance.
• Inspect equipment and testing performance per specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and maintain records; mentor staff.
