Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our refrigerated warehouse. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate a team, and implement preventive programs to ensure safe, compliant and efficient facility performance. Strong leadership, budgeting, and safety skills are essential.

Minimum 5 years in warehouse maintenance management is required, along with RETA training, HAZMAT certification, and Americold certification within 6 months of start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse maintenance management experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of all eight RETA courses required.
• HAZMAT certification required.
• Americold Certified Maintenance Manager program within 6 months of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for refrigerated warehouse equipment and systems.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules; prioritize work for associates.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and improve facilities and equipment.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to municipal/state safety codes.
• Collaborate on annual budgets and capital expenditure plans.
