Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a seasonal Operations Dispatcher to support the Maintenance team. The role involves call center dispatching, monitoring of conveyor systems, data entry into MVP One, and creating maintenance newsletters using Publisher at our Columbus distribution centers.

Ideal candidates have clerical experience, strong customer service, accuracy, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency with MVP One, Outlook, Excel, and Publisher is preferred. This is a on-site Ohio position.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a clerical support role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of accuracy and follow through.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Display self-motivation and initiative.
• Knowledge of MVP One maintenance software is a plus.
• Intermediate skills in Outlook, Excel and Publisher.
• Associate’s degree or combination of HS diploma and experience to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Call Center and Dispatching - receive and dispatch calls with excellent customer service.
• GSMi monitoring - monitor conveyor systems at Columbus distribution centers.
• Camera monitoring of conveyor systems at Columbus distribution centers.
• Data Entry of new inventory and equipment into MVP One.
• Create the Maintenance Newsletter using Publisher.
• Create and analyze reports prior to distribution to the Maintenance team.
