Bath & Body Works is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain facilities and equipment in a safe, efficient condition at our Columbus OH location. The role covers electrical/mechanical repair, conveyor systems, and building maintenance across distribution centers.

The ideal candidate has DC maintenance experience, ability to read schematics, lift up to 70 lbs, and a willingness to work multiple shifts. Welding is preferred but not required, with strong safety adherence and teamwork prized.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a distribution center.
• Welding skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Use electrical diagnostic equipment including meters.
• Collaborate with coworkers and managers in a team setting.
• Mentor and develop technicians in training.
• Coordinate with facilities vendors.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and document activities.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures.
• Contribute to building and conveyor maintenance in the DC.
