Maintenance Director/Supervisor role includes:

1. Building maintenance program and repair coordination
2. General daily repairs: doors, lights, paint patching, etc.
3. HVAC, Plumbing, Security, Fire, Electrical, Elevator systems
4. Generator compliance and scheduling routine maintenance
5. NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating service visits (monthly, quarterly, annually)

You’ll do great as our Maintenance Director/Supervisor because:

1. You have healthcare building operations experience (preferred).
2. You possess general plumbing and electrical skills.
3. You have basic carpentry skills.
4. You have general knowledge of utilizing tools.
5. You are knowledgeable about NFPA & Life Safety codes.
