Job Summary

The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State, and Local ordinances, regulations, and building codes. Ensures the center is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, and free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. Also responsible for providing quality laundry services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Environmental Services personnel and daily work in assigned areas, ensuring efficiency and service quality while managing budgets and resolving interdepartmental issues. Maintain records of accounts payable, supplies, equipment maintenance, and other department activities.
• Implement and record the preventive maintenance program to ensure the physical functionality of the center.
• Develop and maintain documentation of all maintenance activities, including records of parts, materials used, and fuel supply.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in compliance with regulations and codes.
• Collaborate with residents, staff, and management on environmental service requests, infection prevention, and service improvements. Provide timely follow-up and communicate best practices.
• Other duties may be assigned or changed at any time.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a commercial setting with knowledge of laundry, housekeeping, or maintenance procedures.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in long-term care.
• HVAC experience.
• Maintenance experience.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but can be trained.
