to oversee its Saint Louis region with several skilled nursing communities.

Experience For

Regional Maintenance Director:

• Experience working in/with SNF communities.

Responsibilities of

Regional Maintenance Director:

• Responsible for all aspects of the physical plant.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance program.
• Implement proactive preventative maintenance to ensure asset longevity and equipment functionality.
• Manage and maintain a realistic budget for supplies, materials, and vendor expenses.
• Maintain working knowledge of current DOH and CMS regulations.
• Participate in the Safety Program.
• Possess working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and low voltage systems.
• Collaborate closely with facility Maintenance Directors, Administrators, and Regional Team Members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Report discrepancies in your area to the supervisor.
