Maintenance Director/Supervisor role includes:

1. Building maintenance program and repair coordination
2. General daily repairs: doors, lights, paint patching
3. HVAC, Plumbing, Security, Fire, Electrical, Elevator systems
4. Generator compliance and scheduling routine maintenance
5. NFPA and facility life safety: coordinating service visits (monthly/quarterly/annually)

Qualifications:

• Healthcare building operations experience (preferred)
• General plumbing and electrical skills
• Basic carpentry skills
• Knowledge of utilizing tools
• Understanding of NFPA & Life Safety codes
