Job summary

Info Origin Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Mainframe Operator to act as Level 1 incident manager for critical IT events and monitor mainframe systems. The role requires strong collaboration with IT staff, customers, and vendors, with emphasis on timely incident resolution and system uptime.

Proficiency in monitoring tools and IBM Mainframe environments is preferred; occasional lifting is needed to handle hardware-related tasks. This is a full-time on-site position based in MI, US.

Qualifications

• Level 1 incident management for critical IT incidents.

• Monitor infrastructure connectivity and services status using monitoring tools.
