Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 1 incident management for critical IT incidents.
• Excellent communication with IT staff, customers and vendors.
• Monitor infrastructure connectivity and services status using monitoring tools.
• Monitor mainframe consoles and assist with JCL review where needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
