Job summary

The Millennium Group (TMG) in Houston is seeking a detail-oriented Mail Services Associate to efficiently handle mail and packages, maintain secure delivery, and support internal staff with excellent service. • HS diploma required.
• 1–2 years mail services experience in an office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
• General knowledge of international shipping including customs paperwork.
• Strong work ethic; team and service oriented; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping & receiving mail room functions and various office services.
• Process all materials received in the Mail Center and perform digital mail tasks per SOP.
• Provide customer service at the Mailroom service window during core business hours.
• Prepare and process outbound Domestic and International shipments using shipping systems.
• Maintain inbound/outbound accountable packages and weigh/postage.
• Sort parcels for shipping and receiving and restock supplies.
• Escort vendors and provide general administrative assistance.
