Job summary

Millennium Group (TMG) is seeking a reliable Mailroom/Delivery Clerk to support our office services for Fortune 500 clients and institutions. The role involves handling inbound and outbound mail, data entry, and coordinating courier services to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess 6 months to 1 year of mailroom or courier experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk extended periods.
• Experience (6 months to 1 year) in a mail room or with courier services.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between TMG's mail and office services and client departments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to recipients and departments.
• Collect outgoing mail and prepare/process outbound courier shipments.
• Track and maintain mailing records and logs; perform data entry as needed.
• Manage inventory of mail/shipment supplies and deliver supplies as required.
