Job summary

The Millennium Group (TMG) is seeking a reliable Mailroom Operations Associate in The Woodlands, TX to handle daily mail and package flow, data entry, and supply distribution. You will log and track shipments, assist with outbound mail, and coordinate with carriers while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in mailroom or related roles, proficiency in MS Office, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational coursework in logistics or admin is a plus.
• Experience in mailroom operations, shipping/receiving, or facilities support preferred.
• Experience in medical/pharma/regulatory environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail and packages per routing procedures.
• Log packages into tracking system with complete chain-of-custody.
• Deliver mail to designated departments and recipients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist outbound mail preparation, postage, and carrier coordination.
• Support dock operations with inbound shipments and packing slips verification.
• Prepare outbound shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
• Communicate with carriers regarding pickups and delivery issues.
• Maintain supply closets and stock levels; assist with inventory counts.
