Millennium Group (TMG) in Seattle is seeking a motivated mail room associate to join our office support team. You will manage mail flow, receive and deliver packages, and ensure confidential materials are handled properly in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with MS Office. You will work on site, support internal teams, and help maintain accurate daily volume reports and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 6 months to 1 year mail room or FedEx/Amazon/UPS experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential material.
• Able to stand, walk, and push heavy carts.

Responsibilities

• Mail room office location.
• Receive and deliver incoming mail and packages.
• Sort interoffice and USPS mail.
• Process accountable mail and scan using Bear Tracks system.
• X-ray packages for suspicious items.
• Process outgoing packages via UPS/FedEx.
• Deliver mail within the building.
• Research unidentified mail recipients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and experience.
• Daily input of volumes/EOM volume input.
• Document daily volume reports.
