Job summary

Tourneau | Bucherer is seeking a Mailroom Specialist to manage inbound packages and outbound shipments at our Long Island City facility. You will ensure accurate shipment control and timely distribution for internal departments.

The role requires 1+ year mailroom or operations experience, strong communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ year operations or mailroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: receive and document all inbound packages from carriers and route to the mailroom.
• Outbound: check-in shipments and prepare/ship cartons per internal policies.
• Coordinate distribution within Long Island City departments and ensure packages are accounted for.
• Actively assist Shipping Supervisor and Shipping Manager with department tasks.
