You will use Package Zen, Nuvolo, and carrier systems to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and support daily mailroom activities in a fast-paced environment on site.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, logistics coordination, workplace services, or facilities support.

Responsabilités

• Manage mail, parcels, and courier deliveries; ensure accurate shipping records and proof of delivery.
• Log and track package receipt and delivery using Package Zen; maintain chain-of-custody records.
• Handle Nuvolo service requests and tickets; respond to inquiries and meet service levels.
• Support general facilities operations and office moves as needed; maintain mailroom equipment and supplies.
