Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a reliable Mailroom Associate to support mail and office services at our client site. You will sort, distribute mail and packages, maintain supply rooms, and assist with basic copy and printer needs.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a mailroom or facilities support, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask. This on-site role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a safe driving record; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of related mailroom, office services, or facilities support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Ability to regularly stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to lift, move, and carry materials up to 50 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming USPS, courier mail, and packages on the same day of receipt
• Process outgoing shipments through FedEx, UPS, USPS, and apply correct postage to outgoing mail
• Maintain mailroom, copy rooms, and breakrooms by restocking paper, toner, office, and coffee supplies
• Respond to basic copier and printer maintenance needs, including paper jams and replacement of interchangeable parts
• Monitor workplace conditions and submit Corrigo work orders for facility-related issues requiring attention
• Manage and update assigned Corrigo tickets related to Mail Services functions within required timelines
• Support employee move requests and maintain daily workflow reporting and activity tracking
