Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facility Coordinator in New York to act as the operational backbone of the mailroom. You will manage high-volume mail and packages, coordinate with carriers, and maintain accurate records while providing excellent service to employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include using Package Zen and Nuvolo for tracking and ticketing, supporting facilities operations, and ensuring efficient mailroom and office services across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in mailroom operations or facilities support.
• Experience with USPS/UPS/FedEx or similar carrier systems.
• Experience managing service requests or tickets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle mailroom operations, including inbound/outbound mail and packages.
• Maintain shipping records and verification of deliveries.
• Use Package Zen to log and track package activity and generate reports.
• Manage Nuvolo tickets and respond to service requests.
• Support facilities operations and office services as needed.
