Job summary

Staples is seeking a Mail Services Associate to keep the Home Office connected through accurate mail processing, shipments, and fulfillment projects. You will join a collaborative, service-focused team and support colleagues across the office with dependable solutions and responsive customer service.

The role requires handling incoming and outgoing mail, using SendSuite Online and FedEx systems, and assisting with copy rooms and packing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a digital copy/print or manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of experience in production finishing or similar print manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type 35 wpm.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Knowledge of USPS regulations and FedEx/UPS requirements.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills; ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, sort, tag, and deliver incoming mail and packages.
• Process outgoing mail and shipments, including daily FedEx and USPS mail.
• Use SendSuite Online to track items, print labels, and resolve delivery issues.
• Support fulfillment projects for multiple teams (Merchandising, HR, Sales).
• Configure Excel for batch label processing and operate folder/inserter equipment.
• Travel to local Post Office for mail collection or Certified Mail delivery.
• Maintain mail slots and replenish copy room supplies.
• Provide basic copier troubleshooting and coordinate service for shipping equipment.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a clean, efficient work environment.
