Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Mail Services Specialist to manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels within a corporate, campus, or retail setting at the Plano location. The role emphasizes accurate processing, excellent service, and collaboration with clients and team members.

The position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and familiarity with mailroom equipment; the candidate will work five days a week on-site and support fulfillment and printing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or operations experience.
• 1+ year of specialized experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USPS and commercial carrier processes preferred.
• Experience with mailroom equipment (postage meters, envelope openers, barcode scanners) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all mail and shipping related services and activities.
• Pick-up and deliver packages and mail across the onsite location.
• Operate and maintain mail processing equipment (mail meter).
• Provide customer service by informing customers of products, services, routes, and rates.
• Log receipt and release of packages using the tracking system.
• Assist with fulfillment tasks and general administrative duties.
