Qualifications

• Experience in mailing list processing or mailing services is required.
• Familiarity with USPS regulations and address standardization.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to interpret customer instructions and data formats.
• Experience with BCC Mail Manager Full Service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read orders and extract mailing instructions.
• Prepare and process mailing lists for campaigns.
• Ensure data quality and address standards per USPS.
• Coordinate with production, printing, and fulfillment teams.
• Document billable portions on Mail Recaps and track status.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
