Job summary

Sheridan, a leader in print manufacturing, seeks a Mail List Processor to prepare and maintain mailing lists for campaigns and postal operations. You will work with BCC Mail Manager Full Service or similar, ensure data quality, and coordinate with production and fulfillment teams.

Responsibilities include reading orders, analyzing raw data, standardizing addresses, performing NCOA and deduplication, and meeting deadlines while upholding USPS regulations and discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.
• Experience with mailing list processing or mail services.
• Proficiency with BCC Mail Manager Full Service and USPS rules.

Responsibilities

• Read orders and prepare mailing instructions.
• Analyze raw data for import into list service software.
• Design label output per specs and USPS standards.
• Perform address standardization, NCOA, deduplication, DPV, and presort.
• Coordinate with mail production and billing; meet deadlines.
