Job summary

Sheridan, a leader in print manufacturing based in Columbus, OH, is hiring a Mail List Processor to prepare and maintain mailing lists for campaigns. You will ensure accuracy and timely delivery to the appropriate parties using BCC Mail Manager Full Service.

The role requires knowledge of USPS regulations, address quality management, and mail file preparation. You will collaborate across production teams to meet deadlines while maintaining data integrity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mailing list processing or mail service environment.
• Knowledge of USPS regulations and discounts related to mailing.
• Experience with data hygiene, address standardization, and file preparation.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders and extract mailing instructions.
• Analyze raw data for accuracy and formatting for import into list service software (BCC).
• Design label output to meet specifications and USPS standards.
• Perform address standardization, CASS, NCOA, DPV, and presort processing.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues in mailing lists.
• Prepare inkjet output or label files for production and coordinate with teams.
• Meet production deadlines with high accuracy.
• Document billable portions of mailing on Mail Recaps for internal teams.
• Provide status updates in scheduling meetings and coordinate mailing timelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
