Sheridan is a leader in print manufacturing and seeks a Mail List Processor to prepare, process, and maintain mailing lists for campaigns. You’ll apply data hygiene practices, perform USPS-compliant processing, and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional communication, and adherence to postal standards, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in mailing list processing or mail service environment.
• Proficient with BCC Mail Manager Full Service.
• Working knowledge of USPS mailing regulations and Move Update requirements.
• Experience with CASS, NCOA, DPV, LACSLink and presort processing.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Reads and interprets orders to extract mailing and list processing needs.
• Reviews raw data for accuracy and formatting for import into list service software.
• Designs label output meeting customer specs and USPS standards.
• Performs address standardization, CASS, NCOA, DPV, and presort processing.
• Identifies and resolves data quality issues and duplicates.
• Prepares output for production and coordinates with teams.
• Meets deadlines with high accuracy and documents billable work.
• Participates in scheduling meetings to share job status.
