Sheridan is a leader in print manufacturing seeking a Mail List Processor to prepare, process, and maintain mailing lists for campaigns and postal operations. You will handle data hygiene, address quality management, and mailing file preparation using BCC Mail Manager Full Service.

You will review customer orders, analyze supplied data, and ensure compliance with USPS regulations while coordinating with mail production and fulfillment teams to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in mailing list processing, print/mail service provider, or mailing services environment.
• Proficient with BCC Mail Manager Full Service.
• Working knowledge of USPS mailing regulations, Move Update requirements, and postal discount programs.
• Experience with CASS, NCOA, DPV, LACSLink, and presort processing.
• Strong understanding of file formats, including Excel, CSV and text files.
• Experience working with multiple data sets and customer mailing files.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Reads and interprets customer print orders and instructions.
• Reviews customer data for accuracy and formatting requirements for import into list service software (BCC).
• Designs and formats label output meeting customer specs and USPS standards.
• Performs address standardization, CASS, NCOA, DPV, and presorting per USPS rules.
• Identifies and resolves data quality issues and formatting discrepancies.
• Prepares inkjet output or label files for production and coordinates with teams.
• Meets production deadlines with high accuracy.
• Documents billable portions on Mail Recaps for internal teams.
• Participates in scheduling meetings to report job status and mailing schedules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
