Sheridan is a leader in print manufacturing, producing high-quality materials for publishers and organizations globally. As a Mail List Processor, you will prepare, process, and maintain mailing lists to support mail campaigns and postal operations.

The role requires knowledge of BCC Mail Manager Full Service, USPS regulations, address quality, and presort processing to ensure timely delivery of mailing materials.

Qualifications

• Experience with mailing list processing in a print/mail service environment.
• Familiarity with USPS regulations and Move Update requirements.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets orders to extract mailing and list processing instructions.
• Reviews raw data for accuracy and formatting for import into list service software (BCC).
• Designs and formats label output per customer specs and USPS standards.
• Performs address standardization, NCOA, DPV, presort per USPS rules.
• Identifies data quality issues like duplicates and invalid addresses.
• Prepares output/files for production and coordinates with teams.
• Keeps production deadlines with high accuracy.
• Documents billable mailing portions on Mail Recaps.
