Job summary

Sheridan is a leader in print manufacturing and seeks a Mail List Processor to prepare, process, and maintain mailing lists for mail campaigns and postal operations. You will use BCC Mail Manager Full Service and ensure data quality, address standardization, and compliance with USPS regulations.

You will read orders, analyze raw data for formatting, design label outputs, perform presort processing, and coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in mailing list processing, print/mail service provider, or mailing services environment.
• Proficient with BCC Mail Manager Full Service.
• Working knowledge of USPS mailing regulations, Move Update requirements, and postal discount programs.
• Experience with CASS, NCOA, DPV, LACSLink, and presort processing.
• Strong understanding of file formats, including Excel, CSV and text files.
• Experience working with multiple data sets and customer mailing files.
• Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of office machine operation including copy machine, fax, scanner, etc.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets customer print orders to determine mailing instructions.
• Reviews and analyzes raw data for accuracy and formatting for import into list service software (BCC).
• Designs and formats label output to meet specifications, USPS standards and discounts.
• Performs address standardization, CASS certification, NCOA processing, Deduplication, DPV verification, and presorting according to USPS regulations.
• Identifies and resolves data quality issues, including duplicate records and invalid addresses.
• Prepares Inkjet output or label files for production and coordinates with mail production, printing, and fulfillment teams.
• Meets production deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Documents all billable portions of mailing on Mail Recaps for various departments.
• Participates in scheduling meetings to share job status and coordinate mailing schedules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
