Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mail Services Coordinator to manage the daily flow of mail, packages, and specialized shipments across the site.

You will own the mailroom operations, including digital mail, sorting, distributing, and processing outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities include handling domestic and international shipments, temperature-controlled materials, and keeping records current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail, packages, copy products, and stationery to assigned groups on the daily schedule.
• Deliver packages the same day or notify the consignee of next-day arrival.
• Package research and development samples according to shipping instructions.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments, including temperature-controlled and dry ice shipments, using the appropriate packaging, temperature monitors, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Apply correct postage and required identification to outgoing mail and packages.
• Coordinate shipment details and pickup timing with requestors, logistics teams, and carriers.
• Review shipment paperwork for accuracy and maintain required records and tracking information.
• Follow applicable safety, quality, and shipping requirements, including DOT/IATA procedures.
