Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mail Services Coordinator to manage the daily flow of mail and packages for our site. You will oversee digital mail, sorting, distribution, and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all recipients.

You will also handle domestic and international shipments, including temperature-controlled and dry ice where required, coordinating with requestors and carriers to maintain schedules and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mailroom or delivery environment.
• Familiar with email, documents, spreadsheets, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail, packages, and stationery daily to assigned groups.
• Ensure same-day delivery or notify next-day arrival.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments with proper packaging and documentation.
• Apply correct postage and identification to ensure first-time delivery.
• Coordinate shipment details with requestors and carriers.
• Maintain shipment records and tracking information.
• Follow DOT/IATA shipping requirements.
• Stock mailroom and assist copier fleet operations as needed.
• Monitor and replenish mail and postage supplies daily.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve shipment concerns promptly.
