Job summary

CBRE Group in Mountain View, CA seeks a Mail Services Associate to process, prepare and deliver mail and related materials across Host-supported locations, maintaining daily delivery schedules and ensuring items are mailed and delivered quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in warehouse, shipping and receiving preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and write instructions and memos.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from clients, coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to present information to groups within internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail, packages, copy products and stationery to assigned group/location per daily schedule.
• Ensure all packages are shipped/delivered the same day.
• Audit delivery invoices and approve/reject deliveries based on inspections.
• Check for contraband and protect shipments from damage.
• Process shipment requests with vendors and inform owners of arrangements.
• Apply postage and identification to outgoing items.
• Stock copy rooms and assist with copier fleet production needs.
• Assist with monitoring online production/copy requests, set up conference rooms, answer and route calls.
