Job summary

Associa is seeking a detail-oriented Mail Clerk in Richardson, TX to sort incoming mail, distribute it via the central mailbox system, process outgoing mail with mail equipment, and maintain inventory of mailing supplies.

You will meet deadlines set by senior staff, handle returned mail for designated departments, and perform other duties as assigned. Occasional overtime includes weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must have basic proficiency in mail handling workflows and attention to detail.
• Experience in mail distribution, USPS, courier services, shipping/receiving, or package handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort incoming mail by specified criteria.
