DATAMARK, Inc. in San Antonio is seeking a Mail Associate to manage mail flow from receipt to distribution in a fast-paced production setting, where accuracy and teamwork are essential.

You will receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail with proper packaging and labeling, and perform first level research to help resolve discrepancies; candidates should be detail-focused, able to lift packages, and comfortable meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Experience in mail handling or customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and carry mail or packages.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with basic mailroom equipment is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• 40 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy.
• 6000 KPH data entry speed with 98% accuracy.
