Job summary

Sheridan is a leader in print manufacturing, delivering books and other printed materials. As a Mail List Processor, you will prepare and maintain mailing lists, ensure data quality, and coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines.

You will apply USPS standards, use BCC Mail Manager Full Service, and optimize data for campaigns while supporting accuracy and timely delivery. This role offers growth in a collaborative environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets customer orders to obtain mailing instructions.
• Review raw data for accuracy and formatting for import into list service software (BCC).
• Proficient with BCC Mail Manager Full Service.
• Knowledge of USPS regulations, Move Update, and discounts.
• Experience with CASS, NCOA, DPV, LACSLink, and presort processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets customer orders to get mailing instructions.
• Review and analyze customer data for accuracy and formatting.
• Designs and formats label output meeting USPS standards and discounts.
• Perform address standardization, CASS, NCOA, DPV, and presort processing.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and duplicates.
• Prepare output/files for production and coordinate with teams.
• Meet production deadlines with high accuracy.
• Document billable portions of mailing on Mail Recaps.
• Participate in scheduling meetings and provide job status.
