Job summary

Sheridan, a leader in print manufacturing, seeks a Mail List Processor to prepare, process, and maintain mailing lists for campaigns and postal operations. You will apply data hygiene, CASS/NCOA processing, DPV verification, and presorting according to USPS standards; collaborate across mail production and fulfillment teams to meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with mailing software (BCC Mail Manager Full Service), attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in mailing list processing or mailing services environment is expected.
• Proficient with BCC Mail Manager Full Service.
• Working knowledge of USPS mailing regulations, Move Update, and postal discount programs.
• Experience with CASS, NCOA, DPV, LACSLink, and presort processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets customer print orders and work instructions to determine mailing needs.
• Reviews customer data for accuracy and formatting for import into list service software (BCC).
• Designs label output to meet customer specs and USPS standards.
• Performs address standardization, CASS, NCOA, DPV, presort processing per USPS rules.
• Identifies and resolves data quality issues such as duplicates and invalid addresses.
• Prepares inkjet output or label files and coordinates with production teams.
• Documents billable portions of mailing on Mail Recaps for internal teams.
• Participates in scheduling meetings and communicates job status.
