Sheridan is seeking a Mail List Processor to prepare and maintain mailing lists for campaigns, ensuring compliance with USPS rules and high data quality. You will analyze customer data, standardize addresses, and perform CASS/NCOA processing to support efficient mail operations.

This full-time role requires proficiency with BCC Mail Manager Full Service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Reads and interprets orders and instructions for mailing lists.
• Reviews raw data for accuracy and formatting for import into list service software.
• Understands USPS regulations and discounts for presort processing.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, process, and maintain mailing lists for campaigns.
• Perform address standardization, CASS, NCOA, DPV, and presort processing.
• Coordinate with mail production, printing, and fulfillment teams to meet deadlines.
• Document billable portions of mailing on Mail Recaps for internal teams.
• Participate in daily scheduling meetings to share job status.
