Sheridan is seeking a Mail List Processor to prepare, process, and maintain mailing lists for mail campaigns and postal operations. You will ensure data quality, format labels, and align outputs with USPS standards to support timely distribution of printed materials.

The role requires experience with mailing list services (BCC or similar), knowledge of CASS/NCOA/DPV, and strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. Join a stable, full-time team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in mailing list processing or mailing services environment.
• Proficient with BCC Mail Manager Full Service.
• Working knowledge of USPS mailing regulations, Move Update, and postal discount programs.
• Experience with CASS, NCOA, DPV, LACSLink, and presort processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel, CSV and text files.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret customer print orders to extract mailing instructions.
• Review and analyze customer data for import into list service software (BCC).
• Design and format label output per USPS standards and discounts.
• Perform address standardization, CASS, NCOA, DPV, and presort per USPS.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and mailing concerns.
• Prepare inkjet output or label files and coordinate with teams.
• Meet production deadlines with high accuracy.
• Document billable portions of mailing on Mail Recaps.
• Participate in scheduling meetings and provide job status.
