Job summary

Sheridan is seeking a Mail List Processor to prepare, process, and maintain mailing lists for campaigns and postal operations. You will ensure data hygiene, compliance with USPS rules, and accurate labeling per customer specs. Collaboration with production, mail, and billing teams is essential to meet schedules.

Ideal candidates will have experience with mailing data, BCC Mail Manager Full Service, and a strong eye for detail, accuracy, and deadlines in a fast-paced print environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mailing list processing or mailing services environment.
• Proficient with BCC Mail Manager Full Service.
• Working knowledge of USPS regulations and Move Update requirements.
• Experience with CASS, NCOA, DPV, LACSLink and presort processing.
• Strong file-format understanding including Excel, CSV and text files.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret orders to determine mailing and list processing instructions.
• Review raw data for accuracy and formatting for import into list service software.
• Design label outputs meeting customer specs, USPS standards, and discounts.
• Perform address standardization, NCOA, deduplication, DPV verification, and presort.
• Identify data quality issues and resolve duplicates or invalid addresses.
• Prepare inkjet output or label files and coordinate with production teams.
• Meet production deadlines with high accuracy.
• Document billable mailing work on Mail Recaps for various teams.
