Job summary

Sheridan is a leading print manufacturer seeking a Mail List Processor to prepare, process, and maintain mailing lists for campaigns. You will ensure data quality, comply with USPS standards, and coordinate with mail production and fulfillment teams.

You will use BCC Mail Manager Full Service, review customer data for accuracy, and help meet production deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and clear communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in mailing list processing or mailing services environment.
• Proficient with BCC Mail Manager Full Service.
• Knowledge of USPS mailing regulations, Move Update, and discounts.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reads customer orders and extracts mailing and list processing instructions.
• Reviews customer data for accuracy, completeness, and formatting for import.
• Designs label output per customer specs and USPS rules.
• Performs address standardization, CASS, NCOA, DPV, and presort processing.
• Identifies data quality issues and resolves duplicates and invalid addresses.
• Prepares inkjet output or label files and coordinates with teams.
• Meets deadlines and documents billable mailing portions.
• Participates in scheduling meetings to report job status.
