Job summary

Sheridan is seeking a Mail List Processor to prepare, process, and maintain mailing lists for campaigns and postal operations. The role requires knowledge of BCC Mail Manager Full Service, USPS regulations, and data hygiene to ensure timely delivery.

You will analyze customer data, standardize addresses, and coordinate with mail production and fulfillment teams, while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in mailing list processing or mailing services environment.
• Proficient with BCC Mail Manager Full Service.
• Working knowledge of USPS mailing regulations, Move Update, and postal discounts.
• Experience with CASS, NCOA, DPV, LACSLink, and presort processing.
• Strong file format skills (Excel, CSV, text).
• Ability to manage multiple data sets and mailing files with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret orders to determine mailing and list processing needs.
• Review customer data for accuracy and formatting for import into list service software.
• Design and format label output meeting U.S. standards and discounts.
• Perform address standardization, CASS, NCOA, DPV, and presort per USPS rules.
• Resolve data quality issues such as duplicates and invalid addresses.
• Prepare label files for production and coordinate with teams.
• Meet production deadlines with high accuracy; document billable portions.
• Attend scheduling meetings and provide job status updates.
