RRD Company is seeking a Data Specialist to support mailing and digital printing operations in Smyrna, TN. You will handle data files, run USPS-related checks, provide postage estimates, and coordinate with the Sales, Planning and Mailing teams to ensure accurate and compliant mailings.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office and Mail Manager, and the ability to work weekends/holidays as needed. Prior experience in print/mailing is valued.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of relevant admin/operational support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and data processing software.
• Knowledge of USPS regulations and mail processes.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain data systems and software for mailing and digital printing equipment.
• Prepare data files for digital printing and check client art for postal compliance.
• Run data verification (CASS/NCOA) and prepare files for imaged output.
• Provide postage estimates and track payments; balance BT permit with Post Office.
• Train and support new and existing team members; communicates with stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones via Mail Plan and participate in regular reviews.
