Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer input data to generate internal format using custom and third party software.
• Perform record selection, field parsing, record splitting, data standardization, and removal of extraneous data.
• Standardize data using address-matching software to ensure data integrity.
• Set matching and priority criteria to eliminate duplicate addresses.
• Perform mail preparation utilizing PAVE certified software for optimal postage discounts.
• Layout and format data for output to labels and printer/file formats.
• Generate production paperwork and reports for internal/external approvals.
• Provide on-call support for after-hours/weekends.
