Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a Data Processing Specialist to support List Services operations at our Laurel, MD location. You will evaluate, process, and prepare address data for mailing activities across retail and direct mail markets.

Responsibilities include data standardization with CASS, deduplication using custom/third-party software, and producing mail-ready output with PAVE certified tools. Strong data skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of address components.
• Knowledge of mail preparation Presort software.
• Familiar with MS Office and related programs.
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, process, and prepare address data for mailing activities.
• Estimate job completion dates and update the production schedule.
• Standardize data using CASS address-matching software.
• Eliminate duplicate addresses by reviewing matches.
• Prepare mail output using PAVE software for best postage discounts.
• Generate reports for internal and external approvals.
• Provide on-call support for after hours and weekends.
