Addison Group is looking for a detail-oriented Data Processor to support targeted mailing, data preparation, and print production operations in Nashville. You will work across multiple teams to ensure mailing projects are accurate, efficient, and USPS compliant.

The role focuses on preparing and managing customer data for direct mail campaigns, supporting file prep through postal processing, and using mailing software such as BCC or Satori.

Qualifications

• Experience with direct mail, mail production, or document processing.
• Knowledge of USPS mailing regulations and postal requirements.
• Experience using mailing software such as BCC, Satori, AccuZIP6, MAILERS+4, SmartAddresser, MailPreparer, MaxPresort OS or Postage $aver Pro.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, clean, and manipulate customer mailing data.
• Build and format files for targeted direct mail campaigns.
• Complete address verification, postal presorting, and other mailing preparation tasks.
• Process print and mail projects using specialized mailing software.
• Help develop and maintain automated workflows and repetitive processes.
• Assist with quality assurance testing and workflow updates.
• Investigate and resolve data, production, and technical issues.
• Partner with Production, Accounting, Account Management, Project Management, and Technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure mailing files and processes align with USPS requirements and industry standards.

Job Description:

The Data Processor will prepare and manage customer data used for targeted direct mail campaigns while supporting the production and mailing process from file preparation through postal processing. The ideal candidate will have experience with print or mail production, an understanding of USPS requirements, and familiarity with mailing software such as BCC or Satori. Strong attention to detail, technical problem-solving abilities, and an interest in process improvement will be important for success in this role.

• Strong data processing and file management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, or similar business applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and production files
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify discrepancies
• Nashville-area candidates who can work onsite during the contract period are strongly preferred for training, collaboration, and knowledge transfer
