Job summary

RRD is seeking a List Services Support Specialist to evaluate, standardize and prepare address data for mailing across retail, catalog, publication and direct mail markets. You will ensure data integrity with CASS and PAVE certified processes, generate necessary paperwork and reports, and support production schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma with a couple of years of relevant experience, familiarity with presort software, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of address components.
• Knowledge of mail preparation Presort software.
• Good knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations procedures.
• Ability to follow company policy and regulations.
• Proficiency with computers and software (MS Office, etc.).
• Knowledge of multiple business functions and cross-team interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate address data and generate internal formats using custom and third party software.
• Standardize data using CASS address-matching software to ensure data integrity.
• Set matching and priority criteria to eliminate duplicate addresses.
• Perform mail preparation using PAVE certified software for optimal postage discounts.
• Format data for labels, inkjet files, or electronic files per requirements.
• Generate ancillary paperwork (bag tags, tray tags, pallet placards).
• Create reports for internal/external approvals and communicate results.
• Adhere to data and mail production standards per procedures.
• Summarize data record counts to assist billing.
• Provide on-call support to RRD facilities on a rotating basis.
