SPS Global is hiring a Client Services Associate - Mailroom in New York to support multi-site mail operations with accuracy and speed. You will process inbound/outbound mail, prepare shipments, and maintain logs, while delivering courteous service to employees and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior mailroom operations, shipping/receiving, or office services experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, detail orientation, and time management are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support mailroom operations across assigned nearby sites.
• Receive, sort, process, and distribute mail and packages.
• Prepare outgoing mail and shipments with metering and documentation.
• Deliver mail to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Maintain inbound/outbound logs and update tracking systems.
• Communicate delivery status and assist employees with inquiries.
