Job summary

Epic, located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking an Operations Center Technician to support business continuity across global campuses. You will monitor real‑time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center, coordinating responses during disruptions.

Ideal candidates have experience in security operations or emergency response and can work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to relocate to Madison, WI.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or related high‑volume field.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time alerts and maintain business continuity.
• Manage access and security systems; oversee building operations from Facilities Command Center.
• Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data; coordinate emergency responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams and emergency services to restore normal operations quickly.
