Job summary

Epic is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and relocation to the area is required with relocation assistance provided. As an Operations Center Technician, you will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center to maintain business continuity across Epic's campuses.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts and manage access and security systems from the Facilities Command Center.
