Motion Recruitment is seeking an IT Specialist in El Segundo to support employees and executives with day-to-day technology needs. You will own IT operations and deliver hands-on support in a fast-growing environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of IT experience, strong MacOS and Google Workspace skills, and a service-minded, proactive approach. This on-site role collaborates with staff and leadership to implement practical tech solutions and keep systems secure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience.
• Startup/fast-growing tech experience preferred.
• Strong MacOS support and administration.
• Hands-on Google Workspace experience.
• MDM and endpoint management experience.
• Onboarding, offboarding and access provisioning experience.
• Working knowledge of IAM/SSO and corporate networking.
• Excellent internal customer-service and comms skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to employees and executives from request to resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with internal users during troubleshooting.
• Partner with staff to understand needs and recommend tech solutions.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding including hardware and access provisioning.
• Administer Google Workspace: user management, configurations and licensing.
• Support MacOS environment and manage endpoints via MDM.
• Handle device provisioning, inventory and lifecycle management.
• Manage IAM/SSO and SaaS access provisioning.
• Support corporate networking: VPN, DNS, firewalls, wireless connectivity.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and MSPs as needed.
• Support conference rooms and office technology.
• Maintain IT documentation and improve internal IT processes.
